Norwest Business Park is an international award winning Business Park, located at Baulkham Hills in the Hills Shire of Sydney. It has won over 30 state and national awards over the last decade as well as being named runner up in the world’s best master plan development in the 2007 FIABCI prix'd Excellence, by the International Real Estate Federation. The park is located between Windsor Road to the east and Old Windsor Road to the west.
